Jonathan Dotan is the founding director of The Starling Lab where he leads applied research on the decentralized web and human rights. He is a fellow at the Stanford Compression Forum and Stanford’s Center for Blockchain Research, and an innovation fellow at the USC Shoah Foundation. He brings to Starling over 20 years of experience navigating the intersections of media, tech, and policy as a c-level tech executive, producer, and investor.
