Previously, she lobbied on cybersecurity for the Information Technology Industry Council and contributed to Meta’s policy programs team. Nilmini led Tetra Tech’s global division implementing energy and internet projects that resulted in millions of people gaining access to electricity for the first time.

Dr. Tasca is a digital economist, specialising in distributed systems, and served as special advisor on blockchain technologies for the EU Parliament, the United Nations, and numerous Central Banks worldwide. He is a serial entrepreneur and is the Founder and Executive Director of the world’s largest research centre on blockchain technologies at the University College London. Before that, he was the Lead Economist on digital currencies and P2P financial systems at Deutsche Bundesbank.
