Prior to joining Hedera, she held various senior positions at renowned and leading-edge companies including Uplift (leading Buy-Now-Pay-Later ("BNPL") in travel), Kueski (Mexico’s largest BNPL), Lending Club, and Citigroup.
Yulia Parkhomenko

With over 10 years of experience in investment management, Yulia Parkhomenko joined the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine in 2020 as the Chief Expert of the Expert group on Investment Attractions. Thereafter, Yulia was offered to join the Department for the Development and Financial Monitoring of the Virtual Assets Market of the Department of Digital Economy.
